About

Mako Ocean Adventures is an owner operated ocean sightseeing and wildlife viewing tour company. Discover some of the most spectacular, rarely seen or photographed parts of the Great Ocean Road and Shipwreck Coast coastline aboard one of our tours which depart Warrnambool and range from 45 minutes to 2.5Hrs. Towering cliffs, amazing rock formations and secluded bays and beaches only accessible by boat are all guaranteed to be seen. Visit The Bay Of Islands, Childers Cove, Sandy Bay and numerous other locations including some historical shipwreck sites (Children 1838, Antares 1914).
If some guaranteed wildlife viewing is more your thing then our Lady Julia Percy Island (Deen Maar) and Seal Colony Tour is a must do. Home of Australia’s largest Fur Seal Colony (approx 25,000) the Island is abuzz with life ranging from fur seal pups through to large adult bull seals.and a large range of resident and migratory seabirds. This tour also visits the Crags Coastal Reserve and Griffith Island. 2.5Hrs. Our MLE (moyne river, lighthouse and east beach) tour is a more relaxed family friendly tour which along with our tour to the island, departs from Port Fairy. 45mins.
