Whilst exploring the 12 Apostles Gourmet Trail, you will discover the delights of the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery.

On any given day the Still will be operating, bubbling, steaming and producing spirit behind protective glass for all to see. Talk to the distiller, read through the History of Distilling in the area and of course…. make sure you have a sample of fine single malt Whisky.
