This warm and comfortable three bedroom home is set in the heart of beautiful Timboon. It is only a short walk to all Timboon has to offer including: Timboon Railway Shed Distillery, Timboon Ice Cream, restaurants, supermarket and cafes. Timboon is also central to the 12 Apostles Food Artisans Gourmet Food Trail.
The property comprises of two queen rooms and a triple room with three single beds.
The kitchen has an electric oven with hot plates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, coffee pod machine, saucepans, blender, rice cooker, toasted sandwich maker, toaster and kettle. All crockery, tea, coffee and sugar are provided
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin, there is also an additional separate toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and towels are provided.
The laundry has a washing machine with washing powder provided as well as iron and ironing board.
A porta cot and high chair are available on request.
The backyard is large and fully enclosed with high fences. There is a barbeque and undercover outdoor setting and a fire pit area.
