Timboon Family Retreat is a large spacious four bedroom brick home, a place for all the family to relax and enjoy the large garden space. It’s the ideal place to spend time while exploring the 12 Apostles Coast and Hinterland and is located within walking distance to Berry World, Timboon Ice Cream, Railway Shed Distillery, Timboon golf course, tennis and netball courts, football ground and playground.

The property comprises three queen bedrooms and one room with two singles. There are two living areas: the formal living room has a heating and cooling system and the informal living room has a heating and cooling system as well as a wood heater.

The kitchen is equipped for you to make your own meals, oven gas hotplates, fridge, coffee pod machine, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, microwave, saucepan, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, kettle. All crockery, tea, coffee and sugar are provided.

There is a family bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet and an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.The laundry has a washing machine with washing powder. A porta cot and high chair are available on request.

Timboon Family Retreat is cleaned to a high standard, extra precautions are taken to disinfect all surfaces and toys. There is a sandpit and sand toys for the children to enjoy.
