The Hangout is a comfortable and conveniently located home where you can step in the door and relax. Curl up on the large couch downstairs with the wood fire going and a movie, or sit upstairs in the ultra-comfortable hammock chairs taking in the ocean views.

Just a short stroll to the beach and town centre, and only a 10-minute drive to the 12 Apostles.

Downstairs features an open plan living space with a dining area, a large comfy couch, fireplace and kitchen. Also includes a newly renovated bathroom and laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped for those that enjoy cooking. Two bedrooms; one with a king-size bed and the other a bunk bed – with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top.

With some books and toys for kids to enjoy!

There are two hammock chairs that you won’t want to get out of as well as a couch to relax on upstairs along with the master bedroom featuring another king-size bed and ocean/bushland views.

There is a grassed backyard area, including a deck and seating. Also a large grassed area at the front of the house with ample parking.

Heating and cooling are provided by a split system downstairs and a split system in the bedroom upstairs. With a fireplace in the downstairs living area.
