Located just over 2.5 hours from Melbourne, close to the heart of the Port Campbell township, Port Campbell Recreation Reserve offers a Great Ocean Road camping experience at its best, with natural bush setting and beautiful views of the Campbell Creek estuary. Being a short drive to Port Campbell National Park it is the perfect base for sightseeing the highlights of the Great Ocean Road including Lock Ard Gorge, Gibson Steps and the Apostles.

With a large number of powered and unpowered sites and great range of amenities and recreational facilities, it is a great place for a fun-filled, family-friendly camping holiday.

Bookings via online or phone are essential, including for Christmas and Summer.

Don’t leave your furry friend at home, dogs are welcome year-round.

When you stay with them, your camping fees not only go into maintaining the campground, they are also reinvested back into the magnificent Great Ocean Road coastline in which you are staying. Your fees will go towards maintaining a wide range of public facilities, assets and infrastructure and other coastal projects.
