This exceptional home offers an impressive open plan gourmet kitchen with full double ovens, Miele appliances, butler’s pantry and a dining area overlooking the Bay of Martyrs. Flowing into the living area that opens onto a magnificent timber balcony also overlooking the amazing Southern Ocean. To finish off the first floor is a master suite with an ensuite, built in robes and a study area.

Downstairs, as you walk through the front entrance, you admire the dramatic Spotted Gum staircase leading to the first floor, upon turning right you walk through the family living area that opens east and west, another master suite with walk in robe and ensuite, two further bedrooms serviced by a central family bathroom and a separate toilet.
