The Blackwood Tree Unit is situated in the heart of Timboon and central to the Great Ocean Road and surrounds. The unit is within direct walking access to the Main street to The Corner Store, Fat Cow food Co, Railway Shed Distillery, Berry World and Timboon Ice Cream. Timboon also offers boutique shopping, provedore, supermarket, laundry mat and chemist.

The Blackwood Tree Unit accommodates two people, is fully self contained with full kitchen, bathroom and King size bed. The space is quiet and very comfortable. You can watch the day go by while sitting on the balcony under the Tall Blackwood Tree (now a stump! but still a great space) that sits in this beautiful relaxing garden.

Explore the Timboon Rail Trail, either by foot or bring your bike, soon to open is the the extension to Port Campbell.

After you have unwound and relaxed take the advantage of just a 15 minutes drive to the Great Ocean Road and explore the Port Campbell National Park. Foodies, a must do, is the 12 Apostles Gourmet Trail, including cheese factories, chocolate and wineries. Do bring your bike or your walking shoes and explore the numerous walking trails & beach tracks on offer across the Great Ocean Road region.
