The Timboon Railway Shed Distillery, just 15 minutes inland from The Great Ocean Road, the 12 Apostles and Port Campbell and the heart of the 12 Apostles Gourmet Food Trail.

Nestled in a refurbished railway goods shed at the end of the Camperdown–Timboon Rail Trail, Timboon Railway Shed Distillery handcrafts small-batch single malt whisky, gin, rum, liqueurs and seasonal releases in traditional copper pot stills. Every spirit is made with care, reflecting a dedication to craft and authenticity.

Guests can enjoy guided tastings, relaxed drinks and a considered selection of artisanal local produce, alongside immersive tours and the expansive Australian Craft Spirit Wall. Family-run and proudly part of the 12 Apostles Food Artisans, the distillery celebrates Timboon’s rich heritage, offering a warm and genuine regional experience.
