The Sourdough making workshop introduces the techniques and knowledge of making, keeping and preparing a starter and how to make, knead and prove loaves. Come along and meet Monster, your instructor’s 12 year old starter. Participants can take home three loaves plus some of Monster junior and make their own new starter.
