Our business was founded with that simple belief.
Named in honour of my grandmother, Ilma, this business is a tribute to the warmth, generosity and care she shared with everyone around her. She taught me that food isn’t simply something we eat, it’s one of the ways we show love, create moments, mark memories and bring people together.
That philosophy continues to guide everything we do today.
