Colac’s Murray Street Market is a labyrinth of ecclecticness with over 90 mini-stores to explore all in one vibrant space. Open seven days a week and only a hop, skip and a jump from Lorne, Apollo Bay and The Great Ocean Road there’s plenty of time to scratch the surface and discover this amazing store.

From spotongiftymabobs to craftywhatdoyoucallits, to vintagethingamys to secondhand doodads, you are sure to find something for everyone.

Brand new quirky gift stalls rub shoulders with talented local makers. Collectors artfully display their finds to tempt you and vintage treasure hunters will love rummaging through the second-hand treats.

You will bump into locals supporting locals buying eco-friendly nappies and local produce, young hipsters browsing the well-stocked record collection, day-trippers looking for antiques and travellers looking for that little something different to take home.

Visually chaotic in an amazing way, you will need a couple of hours to explore this cornucopia of retail delights.
