About

The Anglesea Golf Club is in the beautiful Heathland on the Great Ocean Road and 1.5 hours”™ drive from Melbourne. The Vern Morcom designed golf course has a challenging layout, set in natural bushland. The course has 42 bunkers, three practice fairways, two practice putting greens and a six-bay driving range. It has a resident population of around 300 Eastern Grey Kangaroos.

The Clubhouse boasts a magnificent view down the 18th Fairway. The Anglesea Golf Club was established on January 28, 1950 and its history tells of land purchases, acquisitions and refurbishment over the years. In the 1990s the fairways were transformed with Wintergreen Couch and in 2000, recycled water was connected. Recent installations include a six Bay driving range and 18-hole mini golf course.

During 2016 exciting nature-based Kangaroo Tours started operating using electric powered vehicles. This growing attraction sees many visitors from Australia and around the world.
