“Mavi” means blue, and when you arrive at this stunning ocean front home you are met with breathtaking views of the deep blue ocean at your doorstep. This renovated beach house is the perfect place to wind down and relax with family and friends, stroll across the road and soak in the sunshine at the popular Skenes Creek beach, indulge yourselves in front of the warm and cosy fireplace, or simply laze around in bed and read whilst enjoying the views of the sand and surf.
The large open plan kitchen and meals area comes fully equiped with all you need to enjoy home cooked meals overlooking the ocean below. You can access a private sun deck with barbecue and lounge chairs as well as private leafy rear garden area.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, tasteful ensuite and a window that perfectly frames the ocean.
The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (king singles) and both rooms share the use of the renovated central bathroom.
The living area is set up with comfortable lounges and a wood fireplace for guests to use and also offers split system heating/cooling for extra comfort. There is a smart television with Foxtel and a good library of recorded movies for guest use.
