Johanna River Farm and Self Contained Cottages offer a farm stay experience in a beautiful setting amid the magic of the Great Ocean Road and Otway National Park.

Situated midway on the Great Ocean Walk and located just off the Great Ocean Road, between Apollo Bay and the 12 Apostles, at Johanna Beach, and central to all the sights of the Otway National Park.

Secluded one bedroom spa cottage or family two bedroom self-contained and fully equipped cottages. Beautiful views across the farm to the ocean. Equipped with every comfort – woodfire, reverse cycle aircon, fully equipped kitchen, queen size master bedrooms and more.

Guests are welcome to explore the 280 acre farm; meeting friendly farm animals, picking fruit and herbs from the orchard, and fresh salad and berries from the guests produce garden (seasonal) collecting eggs from the chickens, bird watching, or exploring fern gullies and bush walking along the river. Torchlight walks under big starry skies to view the glow worms in the fern gully.

Central to a range of attractions within an easy scenic drive and wild and rugged Johanna Beach just down the road. The Otway Fly Tree Top walk, waterfalls and fern gullies of the cool temperate rain forest, and the glow-worms at Melba Gully are a great night time attraction.

Pets are most welcome by prior arrangement.
