Farmhouse Flat Pet Friendly is located in Warrnambool in a semi-rural location, ten minutes from the CBD. It is a self-contained, solid brick flat, comprising a queen bedroom, ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity, and an open plan kitchen, meal, and living area.

It is a quality flat built with tongue and groove timber and large double brick in the interior, offering space and facilities in a peaceful and ambient setting.

The kitchen provides a stove, microwave, full fridge with a freezer and well-equipped glassware, crockery, pots, and pans. The Flat provides tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter, some chocolate, Vegemite and ice.

The living area has a large screen television, Foxtel and DVD, with movies provided. The bedroom also has a television/DVD. The Flat has a reverse cycle (heating and cooling) air conditioning. There is also a stereo/radio and a variety of CDs.

The Flat is pet friendly and provides a pet bed, towels, treats, bowls, and a blanket for the leather couch. Pets are welcome at an additional cost of $20 per pet per night.

The bedroom has additional pillows and blankets, a clock alarm, an ironing board, an iron, and bath scales.

Linen and towels provided. Suitable for single or a couple but not children. A welcoming environment.
