About

Come and enjoy some heritage luxury. A National Trust bluestone cottage with all the modern appointments you could enjoy. It’s the perfect setting for that “Romantic Getaway” or the peaceful indulgent retreat you’ve been dreaming about. Imagine sitting back in the luxurious spa, sipping the complimentary wine then relaxing in front of the open flame gas log fire.

Set on the end of The Great Ocean Road only minutes from Killarney, Koroit, and Warrnambool, Port Fairy was arguably Victoria’s first settlement; as the early 19th century Whalers and Sealers exploited the resources and found shelter in its beautiful harbor. Today is has survived as an enigma in the developed landscape of Australia. True to its historical history, culture, and richly eclectic arts and cuisine.

It’s perfectly centered to enjoy all the attractions of Victoria’s South West and even the South Eastern wine regions of South Australia (some two and a half hours west.) You could spend days exploring our nearby coastal towns and it’s only an hour and a half from The Great Ocean Road, the Bundj Bim aboriginal cultural and volcanic land and The Grampians (Gariwerd) mountains.

Experience the charm of the Elizabeth Margaret Brady Cottage (circa 1860), with all of the indulgent features you would want for that special retreat.
