Sea Mist and Sea Mist Hill Top have a one-bedroom retreat and a two-bedroom apartment each. They feature queen size bed, bathroom, lounge, study and dining areas, cooking facilities, television and DVD choices, free Wi-Fi, parking.
They also offer two lodges, Tuscan Lodge and Elm Lodge. Both properties feature a private elevated garden, private deck and car park.
The property is a two acre, battle-axe block, resting on an ancient sand-dune north and east facing which captures a variety of beautiful vistas, including big skies.
The extensive regenerative gardens incorporate barbecue areas, a communal outdoor fire, solar power, rainwater collection and wastewater treatment, worm-farms, composting, companion planting and successive crop rotation, with poultry and bees at work. In defined zones, there are food gardens just outside the buildings.
Meandering paths and garden rooms provide space for the spirit and wildlife habitat. There is quite a variety of wildlife including often seen koalas, ring-tail and brushtail possums, wallabies, echidnas and a huge variety of birds.
