A Gold Winner at the 2024 Victorian Tourism Awards and winner of Best Regional Festival at the 2022 and 2023 Music Victoria Awards, Port Fairy Folk Festival is recognised as one of Australia’s largest and most loved regional festivals.
Since its humble beginnings in 1977, the Festival has grown into a vibrant, multi-venue experience, with a main arena and free entertainment throughout the township. The program features exhibitions, a community market, interactive workshops and forums, themed concerts and showcases, a writer’s program, roving performances, handmade crafts, great food and family-friendly entertainment.
The picturesque historic seaside township of Port Fairy will come alive as they welcome outstanding artists from Australia and around the world for four unforgettable days of music, community and culture.
