The Manor Made Arts Festival 2026 is a one-day makers market and arts festival held at the historic Barwon Park Mansion, in Winchelsea. Presented as a flagship event of the Surf Coast Arts Trail, it brings together craft, contemporary art, First Nations storytelling and regional hospitality across the mansion, its stables and the surrounding grounds.
Billed as three experiences in one day, the festival offers something for every visitor. The Makers Market spreads across the grounds, showcasing locally handmade art, design, craft and tasty treats from a curated line-up of stallholders, presented by Melbourne’s Rose St. Artists’ Market. In the Stables, the Quiet Riot Small Works Art Prize exhibits contemporary small-scale works, while inside the mansion, Wayngurrla, an exhibition by acclaimed Wadawurrung artist Aunty Marlene Gilson OAM, brings First Nations storytelling to the grand Victorian-era rooms.
Staged in the National Trust-managed mansion completed in 1871, the setting is as much a drawcard as the stalls. Under the tagline old house, new tricks, the festival is family- and pet-friendly and visitors can browse, eat, explore the exhibitions and enjoy regional hospitality throughout the day.
