Magna & Bevi, Italian for eat and drink, is our limited-time pop-up at The Sands Torquay, open daily from 27 December 2025 to 27 January 2026 only. Designed as a place where good food, great drinks, and good times come together, Magna & Bevi celebrates relaxed Italian dining just as it’s meant to be enjoyed. Join us for Aperitivo from 3:00–5:00pm, with drinks and cicchetti available and no booking required, or from 5:00pm for dinner, where bookings are essential. Throughout the pop-up, The Sands remains open for all-day dining, with Shirley’s serving from 12:00–8:30 pm.
BUNKERS provides an all-day a la carte dining option 7 days a week – with breakfast, a wood-fried pizza selection in the evenings, all-day grazing menu and homemade cakes. Dine inside or outdoors and take in views across the golf course. The comprehensive menu caters to families, special dietary requirements and is also available in the larger venue, SHIRLEY’S – which is ideal for functions and events, including weddings. Mid week specials include Pizza, Pasta, Steaks & Parmigiana nights on offer. Live Music on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The Sands is a relaxed option in Torquay, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the summer crowds.
