No, it’s a craft brewery and distillery created by two mates, Noodles and Doof who wanted to make quality craft beer and spirits that are exciting, adventurous and approachable.
Noodledoof beers utilise local ingredients and are influenced by the changing seasons allowing the team to get creative in the brewhouse, with a constantly evolving tap list. Most of the beers are made in small batches so they have seasonal availability check out what they have been up to lately.
For Noodledoof’s range of spirits, they teamed up with local Aboriginal Corporation, Worn Gundidj, utilising their expert knowledge of the surrounding area. The gins have a unique flavour profile from native botanicals such as correa alba, lemon myrtle and mountain pepper.
The Noodledoof taproom is a refurbished motor garage in the small Irish Village of Koroit. The space has been revitalised as a vibrant community hub for tourists and locals alike. The surroundings inspire them daily, from the beauty of Tower Hill Reserve to the wild South-West ocean.
