About

Situated in Tea Tree Lake Reserve, Mortlake Bowls Club has been rolling along since its founding in 1922.

They have various events throughout the warmer parts of the year (typically October to March) ranging from Club Championships, Tournaments or catering for your next function.

“Barefoot” Twilight Bowls for everyone:
A community bowls event that is run in two halves of the competitive Bowls season, over seven weeks each – November-December and late January to March each year.

People from all walks of life and abilities come and have a roll each week, for the chance to become Barefoot Bowls Champions.

Barefoot Bowls is a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with friendly faces and welcome anyone and everyone to either come have a roll with us or watch others roll. The more, the merrier.

Contact Noel Smith for more information.

Tournaments and Pennant:
Most weeks from October to March, Mortlake Bowls Club plays Pennant against other teams in the Western District Bowls Division (spanning from Timboon to Port Fairy). Come watch some bowls being played on a Saturday and a Tuesday.

Bowls tournaments are also played during the season, open to all bowlers. Visiting bowlers are most welcome to join members in a friendly competitive game.
