Comming soon in 2023, single-building facility along Warrnambool Foreshore. Primarily used as a school camp to accommodate Primary and Secondary school groups. Contains 94 beds across 10 dorm-style rooms, toilet/shower blocks and all-gender toilets, disabled shower and toilet, a commercial kitchen and a large indoor dining/entertaining space. Spacious front courtyard with a barbecue and a large open-space at rear of the building.
