Coragulac House is nestled at the foot of Red Rock scenic lookout. Built in 1873, this 30 room bluestone Homestead is a significant property steeped in history in the Western District.

The Homestead is available for group tours, visitors will be guided through the property sharing a living history of the homestead.
The Homestead is also available for weddings and special events with ceremonies in the gardens and receptions in the Original Coach House and Stables or Marquee on the expansive lawns. Fully catered packages are available, site inspections are welcome by appointment.
On entering the Homestead visitors are immersed in the majestic architecture of the Entrance Hall, with six-metre vaulted cedar panelled ceiling with original embossed wallpapers. An Art Nouveau chandelier makes a stunning centrepiece, and the oversized carved English oak mantelpiece incorporating a beaten copper insignia of duelling dragons authenticates the grandeur of the Entrance Hall.
As you enter this magnificent Homestead, visitors will be stunned by the breathtaking architecture as they make their way through each room soaking up the history of a bygone era.
Private tours for 20 to 60 persons are welcome by appointment, catering options for morning tea, afternoon tea or lunch are available.
