Two hour workshop on native plants and bushfoods

Learn about identification. harvesting seasons, preparation and uses in cooking, herbs and spices. The workshop includes tasting and tips, food plant starter pack and an information kit to take home. Running on Sunday 11am and Wednesday 2pm at Apollo Bay Foreshore. Cost: $60pp, maximum 10 people per more.
