About

Platypi Chocolate is the latest great reason to visit Forrest in Victoria’s Otway region.

Try a hot chocolate, a fabulous coffee, tasty lunch or jump straight to the delicious desserts and chocolates.

Not only are the flavours unique and constantly changing, the setting is idyllic. Sit amongst the trees and enjoy a hot chocolate that comes with a little theatre; sip a wine or an iced chocolate while listening to the birds sing; look for a real life echidna from the balcony while munching a honeycomb-filled chocolate variety.

All chocolates are made by hand on site, with a range of fillings and flavours to choose from.

Playtpi Chocolate has a great range of savoury options for brunch and lunch and lots of delicious desserts. Platypi Chocolate use their herb garden and orchards to create fresh seasonal flavours. Even their coffee is roasted locally.

Located on the township mountain bike and walking trailhead, Platypi Chocolate is a great place to break a trip, finish a walk or ride or start a leisurely day. Open 10:00am to 5:00pm daily, there is plenty of time to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

Spoil yourself a little.
