While Samesyn does not have an extensive menu, every item is expertly crafted by the head chef. Consider the Paroo kangaroo from South Australia, it is a wild-harvested, male-only meat that is ethically sourced, and brought down to temperature quickly to preserve its sweetness. Based in Torquay, this restaurant is just a short trip from Melbourne and is certainly worth a visit.
