Centenary Public Art Trail

Centenary Public Art Trail

Take the trail. Sit on them all.

The Great Ocean Road Centenary Public Art trail features 5 circular bench seats incorporating artworks by 3 artists local to this region. The seats were created in 2019 as part of celebrations to commemorate 100 years since the beginning of the construction of the Great Ocean Road. They are now placed throughout the region, symbolic of the cyclical nature of life and the passing of time.

Located in Torquay, Aireys Inlet, Apollo Bay, Port Campbell and Mount Elephant – from the coastline, through the Otways and to the Volcanic Lakes and Plains. This trail will take you on a spectacular journey throughout the varied landscapes of the Great Ocean Road region.
