About

Inspired by the still life genre, this exhibition takes it cues from close observation of the world. It describes your bonds with things around you and in doing so forms a commentary on both the enduring and the fleeting. It does not suggest grandeur or greatness, rather it generates a quality of attention for the overlooked, the every day, the essential minutia that makes up the human experience, by drawing attention to your most basic encounters with the physical world. For it is in the details, the specifics that you find meaning
