Where they’ll be celebrating the bounty of new-season local strawberries. The European Chocolatiers and Pastry Chef are creating a range of limited edition delights featuring these beautiful berries and couverture chocolate.

In the all-day café, look out for some berry delicious dessert creations plus strawberry tarts, strawberry fondues, strawberry mania sundaes, milkshakes and hot chocolates, ice creams along with parcels of classic choc-coated strawberries in your choice of white, milk, dark or ruby couverture chocolate. Or look for the headliner desserts – strawberry churros, fresh strawberry scones and flaky strawberry croissants in the all-day café.

Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery will also offer heavenly tasting sessions too – sip, sample and discover ten of the mini strawberry-licious creations in a 45-minute tasting session, then get hands-on learning how to craft your very own strawberry-inspired chocolate disk.
