About

Celebrate the Solstice with Rhythm and Renewal in Torquay!

Visit Torquay for a vibrant, unforgettable Solstice celebration, showcasing the multicultural spirit of the region. This unique event blends African drumming, movement, and breathwork meditation, perfect for travellers and visitors to the SurfCoast to experience the region with the local community and then dine at the restaurants close by!

African Cultural Experience. Begin with an electrifying African drumming session, learning traditional rhythms that connect you to a rich cultural heritage in our Drum circle. Move freely to infectious beats, releasing stagnant energy and fostering a deep sense of community and belonging.

Breathwork Experience. Transition into a transformative breathwork session. Harness the power of your breath and music to release stress, clear emotional blockages, and achieve profound relaxation and clarity. This calming practice perfectly concludes your experience, allowing for deeper integration.

Limited to 20 participants, this intimate workshop ensures personal attention and meaningful connections. Drums are provided—just bring your enthusiasm and readiness to explore.

They also provide meditation breathwork sessions on the first Sunday of every month (beginning 2 June 7:00-9:00pm) for those who might miss this and would love something quieter. Just contact the team for details!
