The Australian Kelpie Muster headlines June long weekend activities in the Glenelg Shire, boasting an array of free activities and entertainment for all ages.

The Kelpie Muster is run by the Casterton Kelpie Association and includes the family-friendly Kelpie Festival on Saturday and showcases the Australian Premier Working Dog Auction on Sunday.

Watch as Casterton’s main street comes alive with a huge range of activities and events including the Kelpie High Jump, Kelpie Hill Climb, Kelpie Dash, Stockman’s Challenge, Street Parade, Kelpie Kids, Poets Breakfast and much more.

Sunday
Sunday kicks off with excitement with the working dog demonstrations from 9:30am. The inaugural Working Dog Auction is set to commence at 3pm, watch as some of Australia’s finest kelpies demonstrate their skill, explore the trade stands and feel the excitement and anticipation of the record breaking auction.
