Great Ocean Road Equine Experiences

About

Welcome!

Equine Experiences are facilitated by Sea Horse Consulting and Learning, in the Hinterland of the Coastal Region of the Great Southern Ocean.

A wonderful way to relax, unwind, become fully aware and experience how to become grounded, centred and fully present to the moment after visiting the many breathtaking beaches that our region has to offer.

Being part of Nature ourselves and alongside Horses, the natural environment (including ever changing weather patterns), can be a dynamic and unpredictable scenario in which we choose to participate in.
It can be peaceful or exhilarating!

When on the land, with the Horses in sight or in close proximity, together we engage in Mindfulness Practices, such as but not limited to; Breath Work; Body and Mind Awareness Practice.

1 on 1 Sessions or Group Sessions are all agreed to by prior arrangement.

Your telephone or email enquiries are welcomed.
