About

Brilliant views of the ocean.

1950’s two bedroom house overlooking Portland bay. The kitchen /lounge and front enclosed verandah sunroom have north windows which give the house a sunny and light aspect.

Two spacious queen size guest rooms with wardrobes, timber floors. Beds are made up with doonas, linen, pillows and towels provided.

The area is quiet most of the time. Some passing traffic during the day but very little traffic at night. No parties allowed as this is a residential area.

The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge, electric frying pan, electric barbecue griller (for use outdoors) and all the basic crockery, cutlery and cooking saucepans and utensils for four people to self cater.

Two small dining areas – dining for four in the lounge/kitchen area and another cafe style table with four outdoor chairs in the front sunroom. You can also take the chairs outside and place them around an outdoor table located out the front of the house.

There is a laundry with washtub, automatic washing machine and air drying rack. (no tumble dryer). Outdoor clothesline in the backyard.

Bathroom is basic (maybe renovated later) but functional and has a vanity, a good shower and a bath.
