Nestled in the town of Timboon, this retreat has just opened to holiday rental and is ready to welcome you.

Offering an alternative living area with a large HDTV, a realistic electric fireplace that is child friendly and a sound system. Entry to this space doubles as a mud room and extra lounge area. Hiking/cycling on the Timboon rail trail, exploring the Great Ocean Road and following the 12 Apostles Gourmet Trail.

Rail View Stay offers two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and HDTV and the other has a king bed that can be separated into two king singles.

The spacious Bathroom has an oversized shower, ample lighting and a washing machine.

Luxury fully equipped kitchen with cookware, crockery and all the appliances you will need for your stay.

Undercover sheltered deck area and fenced-in space.

View from the outside and undercover decks include a beautiful garden with water feature, birdlife and the Timboon Distillery through the trees!
