When you really want that beach side holiday feeling, Graceland Beach House is the pick of the bunch.

Located on the desirable Dutton Way coastline in Allestree, approximately five minutes drive to Portland’s CBD this holiday spot offers the best of both worlds, secluded beach get away, with close access to town. This spacious beach house includes three bedrooms, with queen beds in all rooms.

The open plan kitchen / dining area fully equipped with electric cooking facilities and six seater dining table with ocean views. Through to the lounge, you’ll find a flat screen TV, comfortable couches, reverse cycle heating and cooling.

Open the lounge sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor deck area. Outside you have a large enclosed back yard with plenty of room for boat parking. The back fence is a rock wall that separates the back yard and the beach.
