Located on the outskirts of Portland, between the CBD and Dutton Way, this property offers quality living in a quiet residential area with access from the cliff down to the Dutton Way beach. The property boasts plenty of room to accommodate up to nine people, and the block at the rear of the property is included and can be used for boat parking and has gate access into the back yard of the house.

The large fully equipped kitchen with a huge walk-in pantry has all the essentials including a dishwasher for your convenience. It looks over the dining and lounge areas, and out across the deck with the large floor to ceiling windows providing sensational ocean views from all aspects of the open plan living area.

Four bedrooms mean plenty of room for the entire family, or two. One bedroom located downstairs at the rear of the property with tri-bunk and the other three upstairs, all with queen beds and ocean views. Air conditioning and heating are available for guest comfort as well as all the usual inclusions such as television, DVD, barbecue and outdoor furniture.
