About

Cape Bridgewater, only 20 kilometres from Portland, is a scenic jewel in Victoria’s rugged Western coast line. Perfect waves roll in from the Southern Ocean onto a cast arc of white sand between the volcanic headlands of Cape Nelson and Cape Bridgewater.

The place is practically deserted for most of the year, apart from residents who bask in the peace and beauty found here. Cape Bridgewater Seaview Lodge has spacious rooms, two cosy lounges overlooking Bridgewater Bay. Even in inclement weather you can snuggle by the wood fire and watch the swells roll in.

Your host Dennis will provide a full breakfast in the downstairs dining room. Upstairs there are shared kitchen facilities for guests. Cape Bridgewater is a four and half hour drive from Melbourne and is half way between Melbourne and Adelaide

In addition to the Bed and Breakfast there is also a modern two bedroom self contained Holiday House that sleeps up to six and a fully self contained two bedroom cottage that sleeps up to four.
