About

Alandra is a beautiful fully refurbished three bedroom period residence in the heart of Portland and offers guests a level of comfort and style that they will long remember.

The modern elements of the property, such as chefs kitchen with dishwasher, modern task lighting, central heating, air conditioning, open plan living and contemporary furnishings compliment the original features such as pressed metal ceilings, fireplaces, chandeliers and polished floors.

Offering two queen rooms and one room containing tri-bunk as well as a single with trundle, this largely proportioned property easily accommodates seven to nine guests.

Double french doors open from the main lounge to the rear yard for indoor/outdoor living. The rear yard is accessible for off-street parking via a rear laneway and would be suitable for parking of a small boat or parking for one vehicle.

Alandra is a popular property for corporate stays and also for pre-wedding preparation for bridal parties. Its fantastic location allows every guest to take full advantage of Portland and what it has to offer.
