Wildlife Wonders is truly an inclusive space for all and well worth the visit for so many reasons. The 1.4km all-abilities walking path makes this a wonderful and achievable experience for the whole family, and one of the few wheelchair-friendly walks on the Great Ocean Road. The path is suitable for sturdy wheelchairs, as well as people on crutches, or those with prams.

- A wheelchair can be borrowed onsite.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in the cafe and visitor centre.

The hot spring sanctuary offers pools of different temperatures, some with step free access. There is lots of transition space near each pool, and the unisex changing facilities offer thoughtful inclusion.

- Access to the Hot Springs Reception from the car-park is ramped and accessible.
- Good access into and out of the unisex change room and there is a lot of good transition space for wheelchair users in the unisex change room.
- Hire towels are a great size and ensured enough towels for adequate drying and protection for wheelchair cushions from wetness.

Everyone can fly high at 12 Apostles Helicopters, and the staff here are great at ensuring all guests needs are met. The ticket office is step free, and the paths to access helicopters are concreted. There is a variety of aircraft suitable for different group sizes, with options seating up to 7 people. They offer multpile ways to book and are happy to assist phone and email enquiries to confirm any additional guest requirements.
Facilities:
- There is no hoist to aircraft, so those needing assistance will require a caregiver or support person to assist lifting into seat.
