The trail, which was originally built for moving timber and passengers, follows much of the path of the narrow-gauge railway “The Beechy” which ran from 1902 until 1962. The trail, best suited for mountain, hybrid or E-bikes and walkers and takes visitors from rich farmland and rolling hills to pine forests and lush bushland and rainforest pockets.
