The house has a split system, ceiling fans and a wood heater. It also has a secure enclosed yard with a fire pit area, trampoline and swing. There is a four car carport underneath the house.

Bedroom one has one Queen bed and robes. Bedroom two has two Single beds and robes. Bedroom three has one single bunk bed, one bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top. One fold-out bed under double bunk.

The bathroom downstairs has a shower, basin and toilet. The bathroom upstairs has a bath, basin and shower. There is a separate toilet upstairs next to the bathroom.

The lounge area has two armchairs, one two seater couch and one three seater couch (fits four people comfortably). There are two stools for the kitchen bench. The dining table seats eight. There is a barbeque and outdoor setting and chairs on the outside deck.
